Carlos Di Sarli
The gentleman of tango, one of the Big Four. Born as Cayetano Di Sarli in Bahía Blanca, he was a prominent Argentine tango musician, orchestra leader, composer and pianist. This design was drawn in my own style to match all the Big Four of tango series.
Aníbal Troilo, Pichuco
Troilo was a bandoneon player, composer, arranger, and bandleader, one of the Big 4. This design was drawn in my own style to match all the Big Four of tango series.

This design is inspired by the tango "El Tango Es Una Historia", which was written by poet Ronaldo Yiso. The music of this song was by Roberto Chanel, and the song was recorded by Osvaldo Pugliese with Roberto Chanel in 1944.
This means "Tango, a story that has words from the heart in all its pages", as translated by Tango Poetry Project.
La Bruja, montón de caprichos
This design is inspired by the tango "La Bruja", which was written by poet Francisco Gorrindo. The music of this song was by Juan Polito, and the song was recorded by Juan D'Arienzo with Alberto Echagüe in 1938.

Tango, una danza muy singular
Inspired by the lyrics in the tango song "Trece", made in the year 1913, this design underlines what we feel about tango, a very special dance. The poet of the song was Ángel Villoldo, and music by Alberico Spatola. It was performed by several tango orchestras:
Lomuto (no lyrics), Biagi with Carabelli, and D'Agostino with Vargas.
